I was a Montessori Adolescent Teacher in a multi-age, interdisciplinary, and project-based setting for nine years. I was a Principal and Curriculum Director at Caledonia Public Schools for five years. This year I took a position as a Transformational Leader in Spring Grove, MN. I have been an active member in MESPA for five years as an Institute co-chair, early career principals workshop co-designer, division president-elect, and now president. I have presented on this topic at Viterbo and Winona State Universities. I have partnered with organizations such as Wisconsin Montessori Association, Edvisions, and 2 Revolutions to bring more depth and understanding to the movement to transformation education.
