Within this activity-based session, our mission is to equip you with leadership and team-building skills needed to direct your staff forward in developing a positive school environment. The session will reinforce social and emotional skills needed for your group to succeed. The presenter will provide activities, appropriate challenges and debriefing techniques which will allow you, the school leader, to encourage your team to collaborate, communicate and successfully build trusting relationships all while have fun. Some activities could include: Human Mastermind, Growth Mindset Puzzles, Card Perspective, Eye of the Needle, Frantic, Raccoon Circles and many more.
