When staff move on, relationships leave with them, creating a void in the system. What is your plan then? In this session, hear about Pinewood Elementary’s student support evolution. Over the course of seven years, they moved from a reactive behavior center model, to decentralized behavior response, to clear and proactive multi-tiered systems of support. In this session, hear about the lessons Pinewood learned along the way and reflect on your own building’s systems and sustainability.
